Acupuncture is a form of healing that dates back thousands of years.  Initially thought to be developed in China, it is now practiced globally. This is a very beautiful form of medicine that works with the body in restoring balance, alignment and peace.  It is able to treat an individual on a physical, mental and emotional level clearing blocks to optimal wellness and making it ideal for any age or phase of life.

  • The intake will be about 5 minutes

  • If you would like a longer intake/discussion, please book a medical consultation first

  • All sessions include 5-10 minutes of focused massage

  • The bulk of the treatment is you relaxing on the table with needles

  • There is an option to add an extra 30 minutes of massage and/or cupping

Alternative Medicine Supplies

Pain Management

Acupuncture can be used alone or in combination with any other treatment plan that addresses pain.  Examples of this include the following:

  • Release of trigger points

  • Support following surgery

  • Inflammatory response management

Nervous System Support

It is difficult to heal any part of the body if you are in a constant state of stress and panic.  Treatments can offer calm and re-calibration allowing your nervous system to find it's way back to safety.

Immune Support

In Chinese medicine, there is a protective energy barrier that keeps our vitality high and our immune systems strong. Poor Wei Qi, as it's referred to, leads to frequent illness, low energy, and poor resilience. Acupuncture is very beneficial when you have had recent exposure to pathogens, before or after hospital stays (including surgery) and when you are feeling overwhelmed.
