Payment

Full payment is due upon booking of any service. If you would like to pay with a check or cash, please contact me directly.

Insurance Coverage

I no longer bill insurance and I'm considered an out of network provider. If you would like to be reimbursed by your insurance, I am able to provide an itemized superbill at our visit.

I do take all FSA and HSA payment methods.

Pricing

I am aware that my services are an investment. I have limited appointments available and when you are with me, you get my undivided attention.

Discounted Rates

I do not currently offer any discounts on my services.

Cancellation

I require a 24 hour cancellation on all services. Emergencies and acute illness are the exceptions. No show appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the entire visit fee.
